When You Select DHMO (In-Network Plan)

Dental Coverage benefits are offered by Delta Dental for preventive, basic restorative, major, and orthodontic dental services. You must select an approved dental provider at the time you enroll. A referral from your primary care dentist is required when a specialist is needed.

When You Select PPO (In-Network Plan)

Our Delta Dental PPO plan offers comprehensive coverage for preventive, restorative, and orthodontic services. You have the flexibility to visit any licensed dentist, though you’ll typically save more by choosing a provider within the Delta Dental network.
